Terms & Conditions

Deposit

A 30% deposit is required to secure your order and applies toward the invoice total. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your order.

Full payment is due at least two weeks before your order date.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within two weeks of the order date are ineligible for reimbursement.

Cancellations made more than two weeks before the order date are reimbursed, excluding the deposit.

Payment

You can pay using any method listed on your invoice. We also accept Zelle payments at orders@66strawberries.com.

After paying your deposit, use your invoice link to pay the remaining balance by the due date.

Customer messaging

This policy explains how 66STRAWBERRIES LLC (66strawberries) handles information in our Customer Care text messaging program at (925) 302-2321. Effective October 25, 2026.

Information we collect and use

When you contact us, we receive your phone number, the messages and attachments you send, and any name, event, order, pickup, or delivery details you choose to provide. We also keep messaging delivery records and consent or opt-out records.

We use this information to answer your questions, prepare quotes, coordinate your order, provide customer support, and honor your messaging preferences. Please do not send payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive information by text. Use the payment methods on your invoice.

Our messaging, inbox, automation, and AI service providers process information as needed to deliver messages and assist with customer support. These include Twilio, Chatwoot, n8n, and the AI provider used by our assistant. Our team can review conversations and take over when needed.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We also do not share this information with affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging consent is not transferred to other businesses. Providers that help us operate the messaging service may process this information to provide that service. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to manage inquiries and orders, provide support, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet applicable business and legal obligations.
